Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using omnipaws.sky-linking.com and the OmniPaws automation platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

OmniPaws provides isolated, single-tenant AI agents that connect to the tools your team already uses — including WhatsApp and Instagram Direct Messaging, project management, ERP, and other business systems — to automate workflows you configure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and agent output should be reviewed where it drives consequential actions.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content; attempt to breach the security or isolation of the platform; or violate the policies of any connected third-party service.

5. Meta Platform & WhatsApp Business Policy

If you enable a WhatsApp or Instagram integration, you also agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy, and Meta's messaging and commerce policies. OmniPaws acts as a technology provider; you remain the business account owner responsible for the messages you send.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by OmniPaws or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code. You retain ownership of your data and the content you submit.

7. User content & data

You are responsible for the content you process through the Service and for having the necessary rights and consents (including to message individuals via WhatsApp). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and our Data Deletion process.

8. Fees & payment

Paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Fees are charged in advance per the plan you select, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that agent output will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniPaws is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding three months.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or applicable policies. Upon termination, your data is handled per the Data Deletion process and the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here, and we will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
