1. Who we are

OmniPaws ("OmniPaws", "we", "us") operates an enterprise automation platform that connects isolated, single-tenant AI agents to the tools your team already uses — including WhatsApp and Instagram Direct Messaging through Meta's official APIs. This Privacy Policy applies to omnipaws.sky-linking.com and the services we provide.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver and support the service:

• Account & contact data — your name, work email, company, and the messaging identifiers (for example, a WhatsApp phone number) you connect.
• Conversation data — messages exchanged through WhatsApp and Instagram DMs that you or your customers send to an OmniPaws-powered number, and the agent's replies.
• Configuration data — the integrations, workflows, and credentials you authorize (for example, scoped access to Plane, Odoo, or other connected tools).
• Usage & diagnostic data — minimal logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles.

3. How we use your data

• To provide, operate, and secure the automation you configure.
• To generate agent responses and sync them to the tools you connect.
• To respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
• To meet legal obligations and prevent abuse or fraud.

4. Data from WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta Platforms)

When you use a WhatsApp Business number or Instagram DM integration powered by OmniPaws, message content is received via Meta's official Cloud API. We process this data as a service provider acting on your instructions and in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Policy. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to train advertising models.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable (for example, for users in the EEA or UK), we rely on: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service; and compliance with legal obligations.

6. How we share data

We share data only with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — to transmit and receive messages via WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, storage, and email delivery needed to run the service.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. International data transfers

Because our infrastructure and Meta's services operate globally, your data may be processed outside your home country. Where required, we rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we remove or anonymize your data in line with our Data Deletion process.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, see Section 10 or our Data Deletion page.

10. How to exercise your rights

Email omnipaws.ai@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request", or use our Data Deletion page. We respond within 30 days and verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Security

We use isolated, single-tenant environments, encryption in transit and at rest, role-scoped access, and least-privilege integration credentials. See our Security page for details.

12. Children's privacy

Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here, and we will update the "Effective date" above.
